Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Viral Media Studios partner portal, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
Eligibility
The portal is invite-only and intended for authorized representatives of brands applying to partner with UGC LATAM. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization.
Submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and assets you submit. You grant Viral Media Studios a limited license to review, store, and use your submissions to evaluate the partnership and produce campaign deliverables.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared through the portal private and to use it only for the purpose of the partnership evaluation.
Limitation of liability
The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Viral Media Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
